I get state whenever I feel that I need it (which is always as it keeps me from having a shitty day). But when I'm tired, I relapse to AFC due to my inner game not being strong enough. What do some of you use to sustain state and stop getting tired? I do a regimen of healthy eating, a bit of team sports and sleeping for 8 hours (the last point whenever I can) but still cannot maintain game. And even if I have state when I get tired, I resolve to AFC mode almost immediately if someone calls me for being abnormal, psycho illness, weird, donnie darko once lol.
Reason why its in this forum, is that its a continueous thing. Once I';m exhausted, state changes become common place.
