I have noticed that a sticking point in my game seems to be when to call after sex (or even just a date). I used to think that you should always call the next day, but that seems to be coming off clingy and losing me girls. They do answer the next day, though.

Waiting after a date to call seems to lose the girl too... calling the next day usually leads to a second date, but a third not so often... what do you guys do..?

Haven't really had this type of problem before but here's my take. The girls are still getting back to you so there's still attraction. Next day calling does seem needy but have you tried texting? It's more impersonal. I usually text later on next day keeping things fun and friendly, throwing in a couple teases here and there. Girls don't want to think they're a slut so no matter what she's probably second guessing her decision to fuck you. I would start from scratch building attraction and rapport in order to get her out of her head then later suggesting day 2.
Knowing when not to respond can also be useful in messing with her head; is he interested or not interested?
