Good evening gentlemen.

I have to be honest and say this post is not about the girls themselves, but more about the social dynamics and group psychology that directly influence your success or failure with a girl. It IS a problem that at numerous times has made picking up difficult.

However, for those of you used to replying to the same usual problems, I feel I have a unique situation that may interest you.

In some social circles, especially the ones joined since discovering PUA theory I am "higher up" on the social pecking order, and in such circumstances I find that females generally show signs of interest in me, including girls I am less interested in (problem is I don't bloody like any of them!)

In others (joined pre-PUA enlightenment), I am "lower" on the social hierarchy and therefore have less access to girls and barely any of them interested in me.

One social circle in particular;

I have worked in Summer school in Southern spain every summer since 2008; I discovered pua theory in 2011. Lots of girls and young women work in this kind of environment and I am missing out.

Basically, I have already been cemented "under" several other staff that have worked there long term. Also, as many of them are, to be fair to them, fun loving and heavy drinking irish chaps, whereas I am a slightly shyer, yet more sophisticated half british half italian health conscious teetotaller. It's natural that due to different personalities, I was never really going to be "accepted" into their group. They like me I think, but I don't feel "one of them".

I think I did pretty much every AFC thing possible back when I met them in 2008, but of course I was a little younger and more immature back then. Also, I hadn't encountered PUA theory back then either.

The other problem is that AMOGing is not going to be easy either as one of them is technically one of my "bosses" now (director of campus).

A PUA would generally say "leave the group and start your own", but as it's work related I would rather not that's jot really an option.

Considering that quite often female students of this school find me attractive (and sometimes openly say so), I understandably find it frustrating when some cocky fucker always beats me to the girl (monitor or teacher) I was interested in, year after year. Especially when I feel I'm starting to get better at this.

So, any techniques for improving social status in a group would be very much appreciated guys. Failing that, would anyone point me in the direction of some good things to read (that doesn't cost a bomb), either pua or group psychology material.
