I wanted to ask, if there is really hard to pick up your ex .
I mean yeah, there are memories and she dumped me so it can be boarder, but I want to know if there is certain steps that can was the boarders away and left me clear field to bring on my game.
When I met here yesterday, we haven't been out for like a year and half I tried to use som PUA stuff.
It worked, I neg her a lot, she was smiling like "okey, you gonna be bad, okay".
I flirt with other female friends and she noticed, I've seen that I have higher value in her eyes.
But the a friend went by and he ruined my game with his sexual joking way, when he touched her all around according to "you two should sleep together" joke.
After that I left to say to her "I'm not interested" and she noticed when I was talking to other friends but I overdd it and she was not interested.
Are there any "techniques" or routines for ex-girlfriends???

Your ex is an ex for a reason. Game other girls, eventually they come back after they obviously see you gaming other girls or hear it from someone within your inner circle. Ill give you one of my examples one of my exes texted me after her best friend spotted me in a bar with another girl. My exes best friend sent her a picture and the next day my ex was blowing up my phone. The easiest thing you can do for yourself is to work on YOU.
