Be interesting and tease the woman. Don't be direct upfront. When you tease push pull by pretending to walk away then do a bit of kino on her like lightly tapping her shoulder with the palm of your hand. Do it light heartedly at first. She becomes comfortable around you. Escalate it if it's going well.

There's also social proofing where kino comes into play. If it's crowded and you're moving to somewhere you can get the attention of women by using kino on them as you pass. For example if you're trying to get through a group of girls you can gently hold her sides(Skinny women only!) with both hands and gently motion for her to move with you as you go past. You need to do it without coming across as a pervert and spend no more than two seconds with your hands on sides... I wouldn't jump in with that one right away. If you pull it off she takes notice of you and becomes aware of you, if you do it enough and get enough attention you'll have social proof as other women will notice women noticing you. Heh.
Also, if you're walking around don't be afraid to face a woman as you make your way past in a crowded area.
