Hello puas. I need your help, heres my dilemma.

So I tend to be a social guy. At parties that I go to I know must people there, and they know me, but here's the problem. Even though I have all of this social proof, I'm getting like no closes from it. I always have trouble isolating because I feel like this girl is in my social circle, so it will come back to haunt me, and I have alot of trouble being sexual. Lately, my game has been iffy and the conversations that I have just aren't going anywhere. This is a huge sticking point for me, can anyone please help me on this issue.
