I'm no great PUA but I understand a lot of concepts easily. It seems to me your sticking point is when you get around these girls you put them in a special place and treat them differently. Take away your end game ideas of starting a relationship and try to be in the moment.

Game her like any other girls and then your options will be open after, if you wish to pursue her. Get personal, qualify her, take interest, see what it is you like but don't become her puppy.

Once she sees you as a sexual partner its much easier to work towards a relationship than it is acting AFC about it. I find having sex with a girl takes away a lot of the doubts one may have, and it will leave you free to be your attractive self that you have trouble showing her.
