I don't want to hold you back (after all, we're all here to screw as much girls as we can), but you don't really sound convinced ("maybe I should give it a try").
If you want to game a close friend, "giving it a try" is absolutely not enough. It's all or nothing, because there's a great risk you'll loose her completely...
But if she's worth the risk, then go for it!
If you're just looking for a fuck, go look somewere outside your friend-group

Otherwise, it's pretty much like gaming any other girl: playful flirtation, kino escalation, and getting her compliance (as Franco once said, "put her to doing things for you").
