I did let her know I wasn't just going to be some loser she only contacts when she wants to bitch about her husband and she replied "I think I like you a LITTLE MORE than that!" but I am running out of things to talk to her about also, so I tell her I gotta go but I don't want to do that; I want to keep her interested in talking to me! I even tried "So do you think eye color can really determine someone's personality?" that went BAD and didn't hold her attention long. Any advice Please???

Correction a married lady who was a 7, maybe a 9 or 10 lol.
I think from what you have said she is just using you to vent and express her annoyance toward her hubby, and I am not expert - but that must be a route to the whole LJBF zone. Just work on your game and be C&F and control the frame so she cant talk about hubby or leave it.
Someone tell me if I am right or wrong here pls lol
