What? I don't know if I've ever heard a woman say this when it comes to touching/kino. I mean, let's look at a scenario or two. You are talking with a woman and you push her in a teasing way, or touch her arm or leg breifly. THEN she says "Not now. I'm serious."??? Why would she say that unless you grabbed her and didn't let go? If you are even coming remotely close to doing kino escalation properly you would be touching her very breifly, then looking for IOIs. You don't just go up and throw your arm around her and start dry humping her.

See, now I know that OP has no clue as to how to kino and interact with women. No offence.
