I'm still pretty new to pick up and definetly have a bit of AA. However the times I do manage to overcome it and spark off some conversation I struggle to think of things to say other than pointless questions that don't go anywhere (where are you from?, what job do you do?). This is especially annoying because as soon as the encounter is over I can think of loads of things I wish I'd said. Basically do any of you have advice on natural ways of carrying good progressive conversation or perhaps changes I might need to make to my mind set that might make things a bit more natural.
