This is how a usual night goes:

I usually try to pull her back home by saying that we are going to make an after party at my place (big house) but girls say NO.
So I take their phone number and text them 1 or 2 days after to try to set up a date.
After a few text, I feel that she is cold and get resistance for the date (they usually say that they are busy or do not reply) so I just stop texting them.
I almost never compliment the girl, I usually state my intent by talking close to her, strong eye contact and kino escalation. Sometimes, I don't state my intent and play it cool and hard 2 get. Does is play a role as it seems like I don't qualify the girl? How do you qualify a girl?
Is it logistics? (I live 40 minutes away from nightclubs)

You're missing one key step. There's three locations you must go to in order to fuck close a girl.

1. The place you open her.
2. An intermediary location.
3. The place you fuck close her.

You are missing step two. ASD prevents them from going from 1 directly to 3. That's why you need step 2. Every guy at the club wants to pull broads home with him and fuck them, but the pick up artist is the exception to the rule. He knows that you need to draw them to a secondary location BEFORE bringing them home.

When nightgaming, your best bet is an after hours diner. Ask her if she wants to go get some food and talk. You can even invite her to another bar or club. Somehow in the girls mind, if she has been with you at three places, she no longer feels like a slut for fucking you. So yea, you need to find a step two.
