My one-itis is a hb7 philippino girl whom is about 5'6 and tan.
I stop chasing her and maned up to the point that bumping into her
at the mall with her new bf doesnt really hurt me emotionally.
But now whenever I find myself around a hot flip girl that resembles her
I get nervous and have butterflies which is a problem because this chick
at my school who is a certified hb8 gives me the eye connection every time
we see each other and i feel not approaching her would be damn right gay,
but im scared if i do I would approach like a AFC does to my nervousness
with her.

I suggest that the next time you see her and get nervous, take a deep breath and approach her cold. with the anxiety still in you, but having the ability to cope and over come it in field right there with her could really help you over come not just future AA, but anything that really intimidates you, to accept the fear and move past it.

Well I talked to her today, very very briefly.
I kinda tapped her on the shoulder and ask
if she was working out today (I bump into her
alot at the gym) she seemed shocked that i talked
to her which is a plus cuz now im going to be in her mind
