Wilyone, feel free to explain otherwise, but in my experience, text conversation is just a mixture of banter, humor, and socially conditioned BS talk that leads to the next meetup. I think that the idea of "text game" is stupid, you can't really convey your personality through text beyond a few jokes or a few witty lines. To put it into perspective, has a guy ever made you want him after the first meetup but then changed your mind because of a few texts?

My new theory is that women's default is to not answer the phone, and to passively reject guys when possible. Interestingly, they respond well to unavoidable interaction. for example, a 9ish who wouldn't text me back is now very into me, because I saw her at least once a week at work. She knew I was hitting on her from day 1 (direct approach, no apologies for being a sexual man), but she responded negatively until being "forced" to interact with me in an environment where ignoring people violates socially conditioned norms.
