Your examples don't really strike me as too arrogant since they seem to have the context of being playful. I suppose this is similar to cocky/funny, perhaps it's cousin of cocky/playful.
Arrogance by itself is unattractive to any woman other than the most damaged of the bunch. Cocky/funny can be funny and attractive, but too much of it comes across as try-hard. It's similar to if a man was constantly cracking jokes, and unless he is on stage as a comedian, it also comes across as wanting approval and being try-hard.

If you actually are too arrogant, you will at the very least annoy people and perhaps even have some call you out on it. Pay attention, and if this is the case try to stay self-aware about how arrogant you are behaving and actively tone it down. Humility can also be very attractive and show that you aren't trying to impress anyone.
