I'm about to start working with a wingman. I've tried my best to bring him up to speed by showing him and making him read all the important thread here, and we have read the Wingman code together, and now it's time to go out there and work as a team.

We talked about how to counter possible scenarios, but the one thing that we(mainly I) can't quite figure out is how to open as a team. Say I select a target, do I approach her alone, and then he comes over and join me as if he went off somewhere earlier and then came and found me, or do we approach a girl together?

What does he say? How does he 'sells' me without making it obvious that he's trying to 'sell' me?

The main point is for your wing to diffuse other grenades/landmines that block you from your target so you can isolate her and not be seducing her in front of friends.
