A Sticking Point or SP is an issue you CONSISTENTLY run into.
It is
NOT a point where you get stuck with ONE SPECIFIC GIRL.

Location: UK | | I have tried this method myself and it worked so I thought I'd share.
So think about the person that you have the oneitis.
Take a piece of paper ( or open a new word file) and write down as many qualities that you think she/he has and makes them be unique.
Take your time. Write all the things that you think that make them be unique.
Now leave the paper ( or save the file) for a good 5 hours- don't cheat! you have to leave it for a while for it to work. Go do something else, preferably something that makes you happy ( play a computer game, go out for a walk etc).
Then read the list of those qualities with your cleared up mind and ask yourself how many people do you know that have all those qualities. Is it only the person that you have the oneitis the only person in the world that has them? Ask yourself.
Keep the paper or file for future reference. It might not instantly cure your oneitis but it is a good method for relief from emotional pain and it is good for clearing up your mind... even though it is a very simple thing to do it helps seeing things from a more objective point of view.
