What you do in that situation is, you serve your own drink and mix it and put it in a water bottle, then you suggest going to a nice location, beach, park, anywhere romantic then you bring out the liquor you made. She will be okay with it as long as you okay with it, just hype it up and say "Oh yea i mix the best drinks ever"
Women dont really give a fuck what you do, they just like a man who can "Lead" the situation and show them a good time. So stop taking things so literal and start creating fun scenarios for you and the girl, money doesnt matter at all, be creative.
