Ok so obviously i'm a big guy... I'm about 6'6" (2.01168 meters) and 320 pounds (145.15 kilos) and although most of the men I am friends do not see this as a problem, i see as something that i need to learn to use well.

The simple reason is because I don't want to scare the woman away... simple as that.

At this moment I am not afraid to approach because i'm shy or i'm unconfident, no I am nervous this time because i do not want to intimidate a woman with my size.

I try to maintain a bold, confidant approach with a little wit thrown in to keep the conversation fresh. But can any of you guys suggest on how i can still maintain this approach while being able to make sure a woman stay comfortable?

I agree with this. Smiling defuses intimidation. Will make you look like the fun guy too.

Also, try to dress classy than rock star. Classy looks is much smoother and less frightening than a big dude in leather jacket and jeans.

I'm 6'4" 250lbs. It's not about being big.
It's about getting comfortable with yourself when you approach. Women pick up on your internal state.
The best thing I can say is approach and keep approaching. As you get more experience, you'll improve and get better results. One thing I've noticed is the more comfortable I get with myself the better the results.
