And about the protection thing. Dude all you need to do is run. Run for an hour every night and you'll burn tons of fat. I was never really a fat person, so I don't really know. But I love running and it feels a lot better if you have club music on while doing it.

Working out in the gym actually converts fat to muscle. And add in your cardio to make it a lot easier.
