Location: Raleigh, NC | | I can go out to different social scenes and # close and more times then none kiss close. But how do I take it to the next level. Most of the time their friends get in the way or feel like i ask to soon or too late. So how is it done.
Also I'm new on a college campus if that helps. I live in student living about 15min at the most from everything
This will really help me take my game to the next level.

Sounds like you're hesitant about sexual escalation.
Get more touchy-feely. College is a great place to be sexually direct. Make your intentions known and sexually vibe.
