I've been doing day game minorly for about a year. I Just realized i've have never taken an interaction into midgame. Is it cause I run out of shit to say. No cause i am confident i can hold a conversation and make someone laugh.

I'm just too frightened to hold my ground and handle the tension. I don't just turn around and literally run. But i am retreating or slowing migrating away. I don't stop a girl. I have never just jumped in front of a girl and tryed to pick her up, cause then i would basically commit myself to staying.

So why don't you just stand your ground?

Yeah i guess. I'm going to try to stand around someone till it gets awkward and keep standing there.

Any advice that will teach me how to deal with tension will be much appreciated.

Dude, I so know what you mean. You get past your AA, but you almost expect to be blown out, so you have one foot out the door even once you open.

It reminds me of those guys who play poker in a bullring. Sure, it takes iron balls just to go in there in the first place. But it takes crazy tungsten carbide-coated titanium ballz to continue to stay seated and deal cards while a half ton bull charges head long into your table!

I guess you really haven't fully overcome your AA because you are clearly still afraid of the blow out. Also, make sure you have some depth to your routine. Have like five or six topics that you can go down the line and comment on, and stand your ground until each one has been mentioned, or the girl officially blows you out. A lot of times the girl will be in this quasi 'I'm-about-to-blow-you-out-but-I'm-not-really-sure-yet' mode, and if you maintain a solid frame and act confident it will draw her back out of that and she'll start warming up to you. If you act insecure or leave on your own, then obviously it won't work out well for you.
