Hi Guys, TRO here, I'm new to this whole thing, I'm glad to find such an active community!

I have this uncontrollable urge to express myself when I'm with Hbs. That means I keep automatically bringing the conversation to myself, or I seem to always want to express my own opinion. This is really bad for connection, and I seem and feel like an self centered ass hole. It might be some serious inner game issues that I have going on, and I don't know where it comes from or how to fix it (other than just not saying anything ever).

I'm thankful for any insights!
