I've said "Why don't you stay here tonight" or just assume the sale and assume she will but that can backfire when she says you have to take me home....

What do you guys say to sort of close the deal or do you just kino, kiss and then move to the bed and sleep

Sounds like you are already at your place when this is occuring. Absolutely do not ask her to do anything. Assume the sale, is the way to go. Lightly Kino Escalate until things take their natural course. Let's say you start out on the sofa. You get into kissing and your hands are all over each other. Simply, do a push-pull and then take her by the hand to the bedroom. You don't have to say a word. Then when you're already in there keep going with the kino, and into seduction phases.

If she gives you any Last Minute Resistence, you can ignore it and keep going, or you can do a cold freeze routine. Anyways, just kino esclate, assume the sale, and take her back to the bedroom!

I guess the key is to make everything natural, and if it's akward then i did something else wrong, like kino or didn't develop comfort or truely connect.

So when the girl prospect says "you have to bring me home tonight" What next?

How about "I want to go home lets go, your driving right" or something like that.

Well me personaly if shes at your place then shes going to let you have sex simple as that unless your game unfolds when you get to your pad. Like you get nervious or act weird. because that will make her fell akward then to and rethink what shes doing there.
So just be cool man and offer her a drink then start kissing her and take her to your room or hit it on the couch whatever.
Then if she doesnt want to stay there because of whatever reason she doesnt dont be childesh take the girl home man.no questions asked. I mean you already hit it. sometimes girls have thing to do in the mornings or maybe she just wants a one night stand with you, or maybe your a typical guy and your place is really messy. whatever it is it is lol.
Personaly I know a girl who comes over to have sex then goes home everytime why? simple she said she likes to sleep alone, get a shower and her bed is more comfortable lol. So you see it's no big deal.
