This girl is driving me CRAAAZYYYY!!!!

I swear we have such good times and she treats me like her boyfriend, but then when the night ends she could care less if we talk the next day or not.
She never calls or texts. I've even completely stopped talking to her for two weeks (twice) just to see what happens and nothing. WHAT THE FUCK!

The other night we were having a nice dinner and i told her;

Me: You know sweetheart I can't figure out what your looking for?
Her: I like you... But I'm not looking for something serious.
Me: Serious is to serious. We should have fun right?
Her: hahaha Yeah.

After that i began to think I wouldn't be surprised if this girl was seeing three other guys telling them the same thing. At this point all i want to do is F - close and leave her wanting more of me. If I am the only guy she likes then i want to get through her shield and make her fall for me. She's one of those girls that make you act needy without you noticing.

I know i should move on and have sex with other girls, but thats just it. thats what I've BEEN doing. Still this girl runs through my head as unfinished business.

I want to finish this, so that next time I know how to. What do I do??????

Yea the first day i met her i took her out to dance and we made out. exchanged numbers.

Date 1: I took her for a drink then to my house and we made out and felt each other up on my bed. nothing to crazy. mostly cuddling and kisses and shit.

Date 2: we were at my house again and I sucked on her tits and began pulling her pants off and boom she just put them back up and wanted to stop. I backed off and restarted, but it didn't get to that point anymore that night.

Date 3 (last): I tried a different approach and took her out on a nice dinner and to a club to dance. THEN took her to my place again, but she was in a rush and had to go home because she lived far and was tired. we got in my room and she realized what i wanted and she kept saying next time next time. But she said it in a bull shitty way. I guess i was wrong to rush it and seemed too needy

She does treat me like a bf when were together (in the way that she kisses my cheek randomly or rests her hand on my thigh or rubs my hand. shes sweet you know) but when it gets to holding hands for a while or talking a bit during the week she prefers not to. I get the sense shes scared for either me or her to get attached. idk what it is im confused and dont know how to handle the situation anymore. My guess is that she's a player and does this with other guys too.

For now I'm just AGAIN going to not talk to her for another 2 weeks and then invite her out again.

What do you think I should do differently???
