Met this girl recently, who unfortunately lives an hours drive from where I live, so meeting up with her isn't as simple as normally. I live in the capital though, so she generally goes to my city every weekend.

However what she keeps doing is being a bit of a tease. We have great chemistry when chatting+talking on the phone, but then whenever we work up some loose plans to meet up in the weekend, she burns me by just delaying endlessly until it all comes to nothing (done this 2-3 times by now).
We had a pretty defined agreement to hang out last night, but then she finally backed out. I did a minor communication freezeout and she now today keeps saying how bad she feels and asked me if she could come to my place tonight (having a small party). I agreed, but what troubles me now, is that since we agreed on it she has been escalating the sexuality of our conversations dramatically.

Maybe she's just really into me, but going by our history I feel like she might just be building up to a bigger burn.

So how should I play this, and more importantly how do you generally handle situations like this where a girl is a constant tease, even if she shows significant, and genuine, interest in you?
