So my friend's sister is into me. I'm not worried about his change in attitude toward me if something were to happen, because he's the best natural I know. He often has casual sex with his sister's friends, so he knows what goes around....that's right!
Anyways, about the girl. I'd say she's about a 7 and she loves to party, and tell stories about partying. She loves to tell stories! SO, i can play the cat string theory all day w/ this girl, and i have, and she loves me! We've hung out in bigger groups a few times. I'm not in the LJBF rut, and i'd like to avoid it for now. I wasn't sure if she was into me, until she would just call me and ask for help with homework question about subjects i don't even know about.
First IOI's: calls for hw help, then would ask what i'm doing, what I'm up to, and to call her any time. For my 21st birthday she said that she was sorry she couldn't make it but offered to give me a ride home from which ever bar i was at, just call her. I did. She just called me a few minutes ago just to see if i was out and about, and that she is planning on going out on Thursday w/ some friends and that i should come.
So any suggestions on how to avoid the LJBF rut, for now, and close this girl??

Well, if it was my sister and I found out you f-closed her without my approval you'd get a punch to the face. This things gonna breakup your friendship pretty quick.
So unless she's really discreet or your looking for a relationship I'd stay away and use her as a pivot and social proof for the night.

To be honest though, I'm not worried about that. If I was I wouldn't be posting for help on this issue. More than likely, i suspect, my friend would find a way to use it against me instead of allowing me to believe I have something over him. thanks for the concern though.

Any more suggestions??

And if there is a better opportunity for me to run game on one of her other friends, how would i use her as pivot or social proof around a new target??

It sounds like she's waiting for you close, keep the same attitude around her, isolate her then move in. To use her as a pivot all she does is have to be there, the very fact you have a female friend gives you value to any other female in the room. Girls don't normaly but up a defense when a girl comes up and talks to them. So send her in to open the set and have her bring you in no opener needed now. When you want to pull the string away all you have to do is switch your attention to your friend for a minute and the target will chase.

I have a twin sister who is considered an HB10 and all my friends dig her. For one of my best friends 21st bday last week she came and partied with my group of friends. She ended up hooking up with one of my best friends, BUT, right before he was going to he came and asked for my permission. True friendship right there.

Its all good man if you talk about it, don't be sneaky.
