Here to get some tips on frame control and handling interrupts.

I been out a number of times and have lost sets to interrupts by friends or random events happening. I'm not sure what to do to regain control of the set. A couple of times the interrupts have been close friends of mine and I didn't want to come of as a jerk to regain the frame. Any tips. I'm really not sure what to do.

*On a side note man these girls are messed up man, the Boyfriend/Husband walk away and they will flirt with anyone hardcore. Kinda messed up but whatever.
