OK guys, I need to some expert advice here.

I guess I'm a little older than the average at 35 but am tall, good looking and keep myself in really good shape. Anyway, I was getting lots of attention from the pretty new 18 yr old bartender in my local and when she sees me out driving a Porsche, she starts pestering for a ride! So I get her number and later on, when the bar had shut, we end up kissing and playing around. I then give her quite a lot of game as all the other guys in the bar are professing undying love to her and getting blown out. But then I blow it AFC-style by texting her after a couple of days, offering a ride in the car and get blown out.

Fast forward a couple of weeks and I've been playing it cool, so when I'm on vacation for 10 days, she starts texting me and I do all the right stuff, C&F, ending the text conversation on my terms etc. In the end, she's desperate to meet so we did when I returned on Sunday and I was like busting her balls for 4 hours and again we end up making out in her car. But that's as far as she would allow things to go...

Now she has got another job a few miles away and when I texted her to congratulate her, she texted back to say that Thursday will be her last night working at the local bar and she hopes to see me there.

I need inspiration as to how to close the deal here. It's possible that I may not run into her again after Thursday. Any suggestions as to how to play it? She will be working Thursday and I guess I will be in the bar with friends. I also get the idea that if I do the AFC thing and ask her out on a date, she'll just play with me.

Ideas dudes?

Being a barman myself, if it's her last night in the bar she'll have told a lot of people to come along; as she won't be working there afterwards, so she'll be throwing free/undercharged drinks out all over the place. It's not a good time to try closing the deal.

However, if there aren't too many of her friends, you could always offer her a ride home/tell her you have something cool/interesting back at your place you want to show her coz you "just know she'd love it"

but all in all, barmaids are very tricky to land. they get hit on all the time, especially when they're hot. they know how to react to a lot of lines, openers and routines, because they've seem most of the before. normally it's by drunk AFC's, so you just have to stand out from the crowd of intoxicated morons that have crashed and burned trying it on her all night

Ah mate that's a tough one.

A friend and I recently picked up a couple of hot bar tenders in a 90% male environment. There was a lot of amogging involved.

You have to play the moments you have well. By moments, I mean 1on1 moments. The strategy I would use is, broadly speaking:

1. Get 1on1 as much as possible
2. when not 1on1, identify her closest friends and sarge/amog them
3. when doing neither of the above, build social proof/jealously plotlines/amog potential obstacles later
4. work out logistics. Logistics means the details for the close. Where and when, and an innocent reason (plausible deniability) to meet with her at that time and place.

I agree with the person above me - you're gonna get very little time to really connect with her that night. Your best bet is to social game your life out at the venue and try and get her 1on1 where possible, or arrange to pick her up/meet afterwards.

When it gets time to pop the important question or gauge the close, I would also use one other tack - and that is to take a "cut the shit" approach.

In essence, what this is, is to escalate, show your interest in her, then back off (before she does of course). Then just explain to her how you really want her (combine this with objection game - so show that you are discrete and there are no strings/ties/commitment attached and you won't hurt her) and you're not here to play games - if she wants to play games, then you're gone. If you tell her that at the right moment - when she's quite horny - there's a very high chance you'll seal the deal there and then.

Combine that last paragraph with the paragonic idiom: "change her mood not her mind", and you'll be making progress.
