I seem to get this EVERYTIME i sleep with a girl and even some bars im just chatting up. The old "How many girls have you slept with?"

Now i know i send out a pretty strong player vibe, i dont mind it as i know girls like it but the best way to answer this question??

The problem is if you say a low number - your a loser. A high number - your a man-whore who never settles down.
The best response ive come up with and that i use at the moment is: "I honestly dont know. I never bothered to count. It more important WHO I sleep with and sharing that experience with that person than how many people in total ive slept with. You know?". To which (in danger of not seeming compassionate) they always agree.

I think this is a good response so feel free to use yourselves.

You can go all kinds of ways, it really depends where you are in the interaction, if she asks it really quick you could go for C&F: "Probably 68, I might hit 69 after tonight if you play your cards right..." (Maybe best not to use this one... I don't think it suits your personality, because you said yourself you are already sending out a strong player vibe)

Or you could go for Gamblers romanticism thing, which is: "But, baby, you know I saved myself for you." *laugh*

Or you could be honest and keep a strong frame like it's no big deal and when she reacts weirdly act like she's being weird about it.

It's like Oldman said, it really depends how you play your game. I'm typically quite arrogant, so I use a lot of C&F responses - normally I'll first reply with "Me? I'm still a virgin" with a huge grin on my face, then i'll tell em my real number.

But that's mainly coz I live on quite a small campus, so a lot of people I speak to already know about my reputation; or can find out about it quite easily. (Being on the football team kinda instantly makes your sex life a hot topic for gossip )

Depending on the vibe I'm getting from her, and my estimation on her number i usually shoot back with

"more than I can count on 'both my/one of my' hands."

I try not to lie when I'm gaming, so it's my way of not being dishonest whilst not letting her know I'm a manwhore:)

I don't think there's any honest answer to that question that really works in your favor. I've handled it really well at times, but also very badly. At worst, I was honest, and now this girl won't let me live it down (I had already slept with her lol). At best, I turned the question into a joke and never had to answer it. With an awkward question like that, most people won't throw it at you more than twice. It's completely understandable why no one would want to answer it- player or not - because it's NOBODY'S BUSINESS. Avoid the question by joking around it. If she persists, give her your "I didn't count answer."
