You screwed it all up the night you hooked up. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about this.

1. Keep contacting her and you'll end up as a needy creep.
2. Freeze her out and the chances are that she won't even contact you.
3. Go back in time and do the pick up properly.

You should be dealing with this BEFORE it happens. Ways of avoiding buyer's remorse? Well, there are several ways.

Don't turn things sexual and arouse her UNLESS you're at a seduction location.
Don't make your intentions purely sexual (include comfort building!!)
Don't leave right after you get her number. Stay for a few more minutes and talk.

just forget. and in the case you two do meet up again by chance, build comfort! Women think unconsiously make up reasons why theyve hooked up with you to not make themselves look like sluts. So your good.

I've had one time where I had a buyer's remorse situation, and I ended up mending it by explaining something like "I know you feel uncomfortable, and I understand it's because of x," x being the moment past the point of no return in terms of buyer's remorse and building comfort.

After explaining this, and reassuring her that this wasn't all I wanted from her, we ended up going out more and things just didn't work out for other reasons. I'd say that if you haven't said anything to her since then, give it a shot. It may not yield good results, but you've got nothing now so your situation will only stay the same or get better.
