maybe it will help to squeeze your penis for around 20 seconds. so the blood cant come in. this will extend your orgasm for a while. or use a condom, you can feel shit through that piece of rubber so your the time before your orgasm will prolong.

I dont know if this will work for better sex. but for me it does.
