A Sticking Point or SP is an issue you CONSISTENTLY run into.
It is
NOT a point where you get stuck with ONE SPECIFIC GIRL.
A Sticking Point is:
Quote:
I keep getting LMR whenever I bring girls back to my place. This has happened at least 10 times already! What am I doing wrong?
A Sticking Point is NOT:
Quote:
I got LMR with this one girl! What do I do?
IT IS AGAINST THIS BOARD'S RULES TO POST THREADS ABOUT JUST ONE GIRL
If you have not already gone out and practiced enough to have a real Sticking Point from meeting an ABUNDANCE of women, YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO POST HERE.

I'm having some troubles holding back when im in a great conversation.
I allways get too enthousiastic and i find it very hard to keep my cool.
Anyone has some advice on how to not get too excited when things finally work?
Thanks!

I can get a bit too intense / into it when I am having a good conversation. And so many PUAs say to 'keep your cool' and stay 'relaxed' and chill. Okay, this is pretty good advice...
But then there's the other side to this argument; have fun! When you get excited about something, generally it means you are having fun and are interested in what you are talking about! I don't know about anyone else, but I don't see a problem in that. Don't suppress excitement (or feelings of any kind, for that matter). If you feel excited, be excited.
I think what most PUAs mean when they suggest to be relaxed is to replace your anxiety around women with a calm, relaxed, happy vibe. This reduces the intimidation factor and makes you seem comfortable to be around. Excitement can be even more comfortable.
Intensity is something else altogether - if you are intense, then you may need to tone it down a little. But excitement is a good thing, don't suppress this. It makes everything seem a lot more interesting.
