Ok Ive hooked up with this girl several times. She took me out to a high dollar dinner on some gift certficats that she got from work, and I have never seen her look that good. Basically two things. It's great you have gotten this far. There are two big things about LMR we have to remind ourselves of.

#1 is that she is taking a big risk by having sex even if its protected. You have to establish a good amount of comfort with her so she knows thats not all your after, and after you do it you're going to continue to be around. When in doubt go back to comfort building and hold off on the heavy stuff keep it to kissing. This will show her you want a relationship and not just after sex each time you hang out.

#2 When you do work to go for the "gold" when she says stuff like we shouldn't be doing this...or I'm not sure if we should... Then keep on escalating and agree with her as you keep going. For example you're getting on top of her. "I don't think we should be doing this." Keep kissing her neck and keep going until she says, "No" at the point of "No" time to stop.

Work with #1 for the next few times you hang out and that will help a LOT! Then remember #2 when you go back for the close man.

haha #2 is great. Its true though, if a girl throws out an "im not sure if we should do this" just respond with"i know we're so bad" and keep kissing her. The times i've done it have turned her on even more. An example was this one time i was hooking up with a girl in a room very close to where her parents were... we started messing around and she stopped kissing and said "wait, my parents could walk in any second". I just responded with "i know" and kept escalating. Turned her on so much I couldnt believe it.
