Ask the girl if she wants to go out for a smoke with you... And if you don't smoke that's even better... Let her take out her cigarette and whip out a torch flame lighter...
Girl: "Hey? Aren't you going to have one too?"
You: "Naa... I just like lighting peoples cigarettes."
I have no idea if this will work but it may be worth a try. The torch lighter can be a conversation starter as well...
