Alright, I am the point in my game where I am bored with most girls I meet. I know exactly what it is that I am looking for, and last weekend i found it. Went on a trip for a school club 5 guys 2 girls. I stayed in the hotel room with the girls and one other guy. Now there is some tension between me and this girl but its very very grey.

The first day there it was playful and flirty and us ripping on each other. We are extremely comfortable around each other and had a few heart to hearts, and said she felt she knew me for ever and could tell me anything. But this trip involved lots 2000 from all over the world, 90% were dudes and she was getting hit on like crazy, so I played the back field, did my own thing and ignored it. She asked me in one situation why i didnt come save her, and she kept coming back to hang around me. I found a ring on the ground that was something a 12 year old would wear, so i go "I just found this, and its really corny, but its totally you" and gave her it and she loved it, go figure.

She is "talking" to a guy right now but not dating him. So i ended up having to catch a train and my phone was dead and didnt get to see her before i left so i didnt get her number...fail

Now tonight i saw her again, and we joked around alot. When i was leaving i said i never got her number and she goes "oh well I have yours" apparently she asked the other girl who went with us for it.

Then she sent me a text saying "You seriously owe me some apples" which is an inside joke, so i arranged for us to hang out firday. now i really never was able to convey my intent. She told a mutual friend that she could tell me anything and would make a good guy friend. Now i have a girl tell her friend she viewed me as only a friend, and then i ended up fucking her a week later so...idk

This is important to me because I wont date just anyone, and the reason i started the game was so i could get a girl this instead of just dream about it. Am i stuck in friend zone? How do i communicate that i want more, without freaking her out? I have gotten alot of IOIs ALOT...but i am confused by their nature and the friend zone comments. The comfort that is there would make for an awesome relationship, or an awesome friendship but i have enough girlfriends...

Next time you see her you MUST start escalating. If you've been playing the "nice guy" up until now, STOP.
You can still be nice, but not in a way where she's only interested in being your friend.
