My problem at work is that I have a problem with being alpha around bosses. I just beta up around them. I feel like if I try to act alpha, that it could cause grief between me and the bosses. I also feel like if I don't learn how to act alpha around them, that my impression left won't be as impressive. What should I do to help dispel my fears and reaffirm a more positive alpha behavior?
