I met a rating 9hb recently and met her couple of times in the college. So, i heard that she is a very high self esteem girl, a very confident gal or as like what we said, a very high value(s&r) hb so i wonder there is any good idea or method to attract her effectively?

if shes a 9 she probably knows she's hot.
do not acknowledge her looks.
challenge her personality.

Build up some comfort with the girl then break rapport just challenge her in some way:
"I was talkin' to this girl at a party last night and she was damn good lookin, but 5 minutes into the conversation I lost all feeling for it, she was that dull. You're not one of THOSE pretty girls are you? because with me the looks will only get your foot in the door. you better have somethin else goin for you if you actually want me to open up " play the last line a bit C&F.

Get her off campus and take around somewhere cool preferably somewhere with multiple places to go to in a short amount of time.

In doing this, you'll show her something out of the ordinary(not at school) and this should come off as interesting and intriguing. Dont be every other guy.

In short, dont acknowledge her as higher value treat her as an equal.
