Well i went to the theater with my gf of about 3 weeks and we are flirting like crazy then we were looking into each others eyes for about 10 sec so i lean in to kiss her but she leans back and says she's not ready for this yet...any thoughts?

how old are you if you dont mind me asking. only younger chicks would do that. if a girl did that to me i would be like, "but the moment feels so right" and then go in again. she wants you to give her a reason for her to give up a kiss. ur already bf & gf, so i wouldnt try any suave Mystery Method on this one lol since you know ur gonna get it sooner or later.

she wants it like a scene from a movie, so give her one. and yeah, it was a good attempt.

Yeah, my very first gf said to me that too :D
I think it's normal if the girl is young, but don't panic - find another good situation and try again. You may add a little push too. That's how I did it, and it worked pretty good back then.
