i am struggling to figure out if shes giving me IOIs or not.

i go to her house, we walk into he room and i comment on how clean and perfect it is. she then says "i made sure i clean it before you came" at the time i thought nothing of it, but now thinking back i think it was.

also, i rest my hand on hers, she doesnt squeeze back but doesnt pull away??

thats just a couple, if i think ive more ill be sure to post, if you guys can help me out.

It is more to do with the general feel of the situation. In the same way you get a feeling that someone doesn't like you, you should get a feeling they are into you etc.
As for teh house thing I think you are reading into it too much, I clean my room before people come round no matter who they are.

But yeah don't sweat it man just go with your gut feelings and let her do the work.
