hey guys, about a month ago, i see a girl watching m. so without waiting for the chance to pass, i approached her, giving an opener, she was very confident i delivered a neg, and it was perfect i left, and she would always approch me, find any excuse to talk to me, i kept my cool and come the end of the night i coinfidently said to her, so you going to call me in the week (baring in mind i dont have her number) she replied, i dont have your number, she then followed up with, well why dont you give me a call, i replied to her well i dont have your number, she said, ' well get it then' this seemed perfect then pushing me to text her that i night, i didnt, now she seems to be staring everytime im out and i see her, but never approches me showing any kind of interest but, watching me,. what shall i do how do i react ?

no. dude, i got the number text her , and i got a reply, and when she replied she was asking plenty of questions, keeping the conversation going, but i didnt text her more than id say 4 or 5 times, i then text her the day after seeing how she was, building a platform to then ask her out for a drink. and i never got a reply.
however i recently discovered she has an ex boyfriend on the scene pestering her, would this have an affect?

Hey dude,, you're off to a rocky start with this chick, but don't sweat it. All that's fine.

Look,,, the reason things aren't working out is because your approach is not working with this chick. So just change your approach. You always have to be flexible to get better at things.

In this case, if she's allways looking at you, that means she has an interest. If I was you, I'd forget the whole phone thing. Next time you see her, pull her aside, get some chemistry going again and arrange a date.
