I just learned about meditation and its benefits while reading a psychology book. Then I figured this could help alot of people in the pickup community. It can help in such ways as approach anxiety, confidence building,early forms of one-itis, and just getting your thoughts in order.

By following these simple instructions you can see if this will work for you. You need a quiet place and a comfortable chair. You sit upright in the chair, rest your chin comfortably in your chest. Close your eyes. Now focuse on your breathing after a few minutes of this everytime you exhale silently repeat a word to yourself such as confidence or whatever will help you with your certain problem. After a few minutes of this you will begin to have your thoughts flow. Do this for about 10 to 15 minutes twice a day.

This has helped me in ways such as finding my self falling for a girl way to early and letting my emotions cause me to make bad decisions in my game.
