In this particular situation, I would simply just disappear for a while. Cut off all contact from her, IF you can handle it. I only say that because you stated that it's difficult to say no. That my friend is a HUUUUUUGE mistake when dealing with women.
Nothing has a stronger impact on a woman than a man that can say NO, and turn her down.

No: Sorry, I have plans, maybe next week.
Now, you can't just say this and hope she will come chasing you. It's vital that you actually make plans with other people (especially woman) and get this girl out of your skull. Make it a priority to meet other women. Hell, build your self a small stable if you can. The more options you have, the less emphasis you will place on any one particular girl.
