Well when you're already dancing with the girl and been playful etc. and you get a slow dance song and you're not sure how you want to start kissing the girl, you only know that you want to. In my experience from a slow dance ( You and her dancing slowly facing eachother with a lot of kino and faces quite close to eachother ) it's good to look deeply into her eyes, smile and before going for the kiss on her lips, kiss her cheek and look into her eyes again and smile. After she smiles back you can slowly go in for the normal make-out session, but I think this does make the moment give something more into it.

Also to kissing, all girls with kissing experience seem to think that they are good at kissing. So to make her think your good at kissing all you have to do is copy her. Doing what she's doing will give her only positive thoughts about your kissing skills. So you can kiss 10 different girls in a completely different way and they would all say that you are good at kissing.

Something that helps getting girls in a club is if they see you as someone that's fun, not shy, communicative, cheeky. For example: I was at a party that had neon light sticks ( small glow sticks ) and after some amount of alcohol I thought it would be fun to slap a girl's butt with the glow sticks and everytime I was close to her on the dancefloor I did it again, even if I was talking to a different girl or mates that were with me. I didn't talk to the girl at all, the next day she somehow found out my name and added me on facebook without me doing anything else for it.

Going after a set of 2-3 girls wanting to dance, you only like one of them because often one HB has to FUG's with her ( happened to me many times ) so when you ask her to dance, you don't necessarily have to pull out the HB, but you can also dance with the 2-3 girls all at once. It may not look like much for other people in the club, but the HB you went after will not have the feeling she's leaving her two friends behind and enjoying some fun together. After having some fun go for a drink or a few and talk a bit, flirt etc. Shouldn't be hard getting a number close or a kiss close from that.
