This is in fact my first post on the forum ever, although I'm not simply posting to say hi (Hello anyway ) but to relay a little game I've developed.

Well I haven't invented it cos it's Hangman. Basically I use this at University in a lecture when I'm sitting next to a bored looking girl who wants to be entertained.

So I slyly slide my notepad over with a set up game of Hangman and a big question mark next to it. I then explain (quietly however) how I'm sure she can't beat me blah blah blah.

So then we start off playing (alternating sometimes) and I make sure she wins about 2 times or so (i.e. choosing easy words or adding fingers to my hung person if she really sucks )

Eventually I exclaim in my most sincere and cocky voice how "This time I absolutely promise you will get beaten, perhaps wagering something if I want.

I then go on to draw out 6 line thingies "_ _ _ _ _ _" and she begins guessing again. If you haven't guessed already the word I chose was "beaten" (lame huh ). No matter what she will 'get' beaten.

This is just a fun little game that means you can always win and I've managed to get a few number closes on (plus it shows how you can keep promises ).

Well there's my first post I hope someone out there enjoyed it. Also please give some feedback as to how to refine it etc
