The hand kiss would depend on the situation. I'd expect it to work best with a group of women who are already in a good/playful mood and you have a wing there.

One thing I like to do just help build automatic rapport when you shake someone's hand is put your other hand on the shoulder then remove it after a few moments. It makes her comfortable very quickly.
