I just got a new job. I am working with many young people my age, many who are quite attractive. What I wanted to know is how much eye contact I should make. For instance if I see someone passing through the hall (lets say hb8) should I make eye contact and a smile or is that creepy. I am a good looking guy but I know how easily girls can be creeped out. Any comments are appreciated.

Don't think about stuff so much. You can smile and look at a girl without being creepy. Just don't look at her like prey
