This is a routine that has worked for me ALWAYS.

While Im dancing with a girl i try to touch her ass gently... If she takes my hand and put it in other side but without genting angry is ok... if she laughs and say something like (you are fast, or are you crazy) I say YES i just can control one of my hands look (then i move the controled hand and make weird movements with it to catch her attention) and then with the other i touch her ass and kiss her...

Sometimes you have to risk to be slapped...

Hope it will works for you...

Ohh and if she get angry is because you have not enough comfort... but with feisty girls if you have kissed them is ok to touch their ass... Really
