I have been listening to and reading David Deangelo's stuff the last couple of days and this cocky funny stuff kind of makes sense but not totally. What I have noticed is that I have been using cocky funny over the years but only with people I really know and they know that I am joking so no offense is taken. Walking up to a stranger and saying mean things while keeping a straight face, seems to defy logic. It's like telling me 1+1=1. Like one example that stuck out while I was listening to one of his recorded seminars is his friend, while at the GYM commenting on a girl that was doing butt blasters. He told her with a straight face that she needed to do more of those due to her being overweight. He then explains how another guy walked up to her and comforted her. A week later she was in bed with the guy that made the bad comment. I dont get this. I would have been the guy comforting her.

Ok, decided to try this out on facebook first. There is this girl, I usually comment on her photos and statuses but she never responds. So today she has a status that says "Whoa what's good with all the grenades in DC?!". I responded with "it takes one to know one". She replied back within mins but I dont know what she said because by the time I noticed she replied, she had deleted both her reply and my comment on her status. It shows that I got her attention but not sure if its a good attention or a bad one. It would have been nice if I can see what she replied before she deleted it.
