Instead of 'there's an eyelash on your cheek' say 'there's a little crumb on your lip'. Lips are more sensual and this might build up more erotic tension.

If u had an eyelash on ur face it would be ok for a friend or someone ur talking to to brush it off for u. Instead of pointing at it and saying theres an eyelash there and u picking it off urself.
Now imagine if u had a crumb on ur lip and ur friend just reached up and grabbed/brushed it. That would be pretty weird. Especially since u can totally deal with that urself. They just invaded ur space cos it seems like they wanted to touch ur lips rather than help u out.
